For our vacation we rented 2 WiFi hotspots. They performed great. Make sure you charge the batteries overnight, but you will always have the powerbank for emergencies.

Never been on holiday with such realiable internet- super easy! We didn't realise until we were returning it that there was a portable charger included too (so it was even more convinient than we ever knew!). Five stars, would order again

Fast and efficient service.

Loved using Japan Wireless. I'm from Virginia, never been to Japan. Ordered the pocket wifi to be delivered to our Tokyo hotel through their website. It was there when we arrived and worked well through our trip. Highly recommend!

The pocket wifi perfectly worked and the battery lasted all day. Unfortunatly the rechargeing wire was broken. Not a big problem because I used one of mine

It is a great device, battery lasts for almost a day and you have an extra eternal battery just in case. We used it in August, with temperatures higher than 35°C and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

With a wifi data throughput of about 100 Mbits/s for the version we had rented, and with a battery autonomy of about one full workday, this was the perfect solution for us since we were able to connect as many as 5 different devices on the wifi minhub it allows. An excellent solution in Japan, where wifi will then be available nearly everywhere.

It was must a have device during our trip. Long battery life and they even add powerbank. We have rent 2 devices and of them did not turn on after the first day. I contacted the customer support asap and they sent me replacement free of charge. Thank you guys!
