The service was great and I will definitely choose your service on my next trip to Japan.

A wise decision to hire a portable WiFi to use on a trip to Japan. It is compact and worked well with our two devices. The reason for the four stars are that the charger provided wasn't very effective and one of our phones lost connection for a while. When I managed to get in touch with Customer Services (following a false lead), they explained how to reset and offered to send a replacement if this didn't work (luckily it did). Recommended!

Perfect for our trip. Small and easy to carry around.

we rented from Japan wireless for three weeks and it was absolutaly perfect. We had four devices (cell phones and ipad) connected simoultanesly and we never had problem. Without it we would have to buy four sims.
We only had a little problem in finding the mail box at Naha airport, as what reported in the web site was incorrect; we had to ask several people before finding the right place.
Next time we come in Japan we'll rent it again !

If you have a family with you the virtual sim is not really an option. We had great experience with delivery direct to the hotel and perfect functions
