Battery life would last all day even with constant GPS usage. Extremely reliable and it charges very fast! Reception works about 15~20 feet from the device.

The eSIM has been a staple for my trip to Japan and has worked very well! It was easy to purchase and installation was fairly straightforwards. My only issue is that the QR code download meant I needed to scan it from another device, so in the airport I had to unpack my work phone and put the QR code on there, so I could scan it with my personal phone and install the eSIM.

Very useful and it works very easyly.

Product was very useful. Customer Support was very responsive. Only problem was the unit loses battery fast - good thing power bank was also provided.

As always, no problem with receiving the pocket wifi. It stopped working when we were in disney but after informing the company they sent us another unit as soon as they cpuld. Very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be using this next time we visit Japan. Thank you!

Worked as advertised. Fast. Small. Extra battery pack has handy. I will definitely use it again on my next trip to Japan.

Great service, easy to use, and worked great all throughout Japan. Would recommend for anyone to use when traveling.

Very helpful totally worth it

It was easy to use. It worked very well within large cities as well as in the countryside.

My wife and I both shared The router and we loved it. It was a really efficient and inexpensive solution to have connectivity in JAPAN. And the battery pack is a bonus. We will always use JAPAN wireless thanks.
