I have absolutely no complaints about this service - on the contrary - it worked fantastically. Pick up at Tokyo airport was very easy and efficient - our wifi was ready for us when we arrived. The system worked brilliantly for our entire stay and all we had to do is put it back in the envelope supplied, and drop it in any letterbox in Tokyo airport before we left. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this service, it made our visit so easy! Thank you!

I installed the JW eSIM on a data only plan in Japan and it has been fantastic. The ability to translate menus and signs instantly changes the whole travel experience. Having access to maps and other apps 24/7 is a huge bonus for me. The JE support team were extremely helpful and efficient when I made an error installing the eSIM but it works like a dream. I would recommend this company highly!

The premium wifi was amazing!
It‘s easy to get started as the pick-up and setup are easy.
The wifi worked basically everywhere without restrictions and the battery was strong. At the end of long days the battery usually had more than 20% left. If you forget to charge it you can use the included powerbank.
Finally the drop-off was also easy as we just needed to put everything in the provided envelope and drop it into a postbox.

When we arrived at the hotel, the device had already been delivered to the reception. The setup was very simple, and the connection was stable and fast throughout the trip! The return was also very easy; we dropped the device into the mailbox at the airport before boarding our return flight. We just had to put the device into the envelope that was provided with it on the day we arrived. When I return to Japan, I will definitely use this service again! Thank you!

La boxe nous attendait a l'hotel a Tokyo et nous l'avons déposé en fin de séjour dans une boite aux lettres a Osaka ahec l'enveloppe fournie. Vraiment pratique pour être connecté et avoir l'accès a Google trad et map lors de nos déplacement et échanges avec les Japonais. S'orienter devient un jeu d'enfant avec inernet.
La charge tenait environ 7 a 8h avant besoin de charger... par contre je n'ai pas trouvé comment l'éteindre la nuit pour qu'elle ne se vide pas donc je la laissais en charge.

We rented Japan Wireless pocket wifi for our 18 day visit to Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kyoto and it worked perfectly. I will definitely rent it for future visits in Japan.
