Overall , I had a great experience and when I return in November I am looking to use the Wireless device again . Would definitely recommend to any traveller

I used it when I was lost and had to contact my tour leader on WhatsApp, used it to get Google translate for taxis and Google maps,Messenger family and friends. I never had to worry about anything because Japan Wireless was always there to help. Easy to pick up at hotel and post back in bag provided.

We stayed in Japan for 17 days, never lost WiFi. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka; WiFi was always available

I was in Japan and my iPhone has no SIM card, I can’t contact with family & friends, when got in to hotel I call my son and he said I has to use eSIM, it work just like regular internet, I can text, taking pictures, WhatsApp messages to friends. Thank you.

Overall Good service

It was delivered to our hotel the day it was scheduled. It was easy to use and my husband and I both could use while walking around Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto.

Great and Easy to use. Wifi battery last the whole day, I never had to use the portable charger to charge it through out the day. Friendly and great service.
