Super glad i decided on a Japan wireless plan. The first day it kept turning off on me but by the end of the day it was fine. It made communicating with the rest of my group easy and a valuable tool. If there was an audio alert to tell me the router is low on power that would be helpful. Definitely use again.

Convenient to pick up and return. Easy to use but no reception at certain parts of Hokkaido eg. Kurodake, Shiretoko

I ordered two units for pick up at the ABC counter in Narita International Airport. For the pick up I just needed to show my passport. The two units worked flawlessly and the speeds on both units allowed me and my friend to watch Youtube, stream music, and play some mobile games. Extremely satisfied with the results and will use the service again. Returning it was simple enough as the units each came with their own envelopes with postage. Dropped it off at the mail post in Narita International Airport before heading through security.

As always, Japan Wireless never fails. This is my second time using the pocket wifi and still doing it's job excellent. So convenient from picking up from the hotel, using the device, and dropping off at the airport. Hassle free. Will definitely use this again.

Japan Wireless never disappoints. This was our second time using their pocket wifi. Small and compact for ease of transport while out and about. Always had a great signal throughout Japan. Quick and easy pickup and drop-off. Will use them again on next visit.

It fit into my front pocket and went everywhere we went in Japan. Both of our phones had wifi almost everywhere. We were mindful to turn it off when it wasn't needed and that kept the battery level ok.

I rented two devices so that my husband and I could stay in touch while enjoying different experiences on a Japan cruise. It was great having wifi when close to shore and on land. Much cheaper than the ship wifi which we couldn’t use when ashore.
