Very very convenient and fabulous reception with the wifi

Great service at a fantastic price. Easy pick-up and drop-off makes this a flawless process. The wifi worked everywhere I visited in Japan and I will use Japan Wireless for my future pocket wifi needs! I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Easy pick up from the airport. Great coverage everywhere we went. We had 4 phones and no issues with the speed.

Renting the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was the best thing I did for my recent trip to Japan. We were there for a week and the wifi never failed us it was perfect and the price was reasonable as well. I had it delivered to my hotel and just popped it in the post when we were leaving

Easy pick up / drop off

The Premium wifi-fi was perfect as described. From the delivery to the hotel (Osaka), excellent experience using the product (2 iPhones and 2 iPads), unlimited data and easy airport drop-off (Tokyo) highly recommended product. Would use again.

Easy to install and get online with clear instructions. Including a SIM tool was a great bonus, just in case you forget to pack a paperclip.

Speed and connectivity were great. Never an issue from Yokohama to Kyoto and back.

The only negative was that I could not pick up a SIM card at Haneda Airport. You can get the Pocket Wifi there but not just a SIM card. I had it delivered to the hotel and it was ready and waiting for me but it meant that I had to get to the hotel without having data access.

Can't recommend enough. Clear communication to collect the device, worked perfectly and easy to return. Will definitely use on future visits.
