everything worked perfectly

Easy to set-up. We were connected all the time.

We visited Japan from the USA. Our home carrier was charging $10/day per device to have over seas wifi. We rented the Japan Wireless device and had three phones on it during our 2 wk visit. We never ran out of data and we had good speeds. The device was easy to pick up and drop off when we were done. Definitely would use this service again.

Everything ok, very useful

This was a lifesaver for our Japan travels and saved us a fortune compared to roaming costs and without the hassle of an e-sim.
I ordered it on the way to our flight from Australia and it was already at our hotel when we arrived, now that is great service!

The capacity was great enough.

The portable wifi package was waiting for us at our hotel. We used it for a 3 week vacation that took us as far south as Hiroshima and as far north as Hakkodate. We were not doing any streamimg, but we were able to communicate with home, send photos, use Google maps, etc. with ease. The return was a breeze. We just put everything in an envelope and dropped it in a mailbox at the airport, before security.

I was amazed I had internet even in Okinawa
