Arrivato comodamente in hotel, giga illimitati il che è decisamente molto comodo in un paese in cui tra mappe google, translate etc usati in maniera costante, sono fondamentali, senza dover stare a pensare a quanti giga si stanno usando. Rispedirlo all'aereoporto è stato altrettanto comodo, hanno preparato tutto loro, bisogna solo metterlo nella busta procurata da loro e inserirlo nella buca delle lettere indicata da loro, ma è comunque tutto spiegato nel momento in cui ti arriva.

Very good and reliable service

I have used the service of Japan Wireless everytime I was in Japan and got never disappointed. Everything working perfectly fine, except deep in the mountains or woods. Receiving the product and sending it back is also very convenient.

The most challenging part was finding the booth at Haneda Airport. After that, everything was fine. The unit worked well, we charged it every night. Didn’t need the provided back up battery. Return in the Japan Post box was easy.

Strong 4G connection everywhere I went with superb WiFi signal for 5 devices.

Highly recommend, easy pickup from Narita airport, device held its charge throughout the entire day. Wifi was sometimes spotty throughout some areas however I think this was due to cellular coverage as a whole and not the device. Drop off was a breeze via the Japan mail postbox at Osaka airport before flying home.

We were really happy with the service, from ease of picking up the device at the airport to the reliable connect and the convenience of returning the devise. We will definitely Lise your company next time.

The portable hotspot was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in, worked perfectly for the whole day without running out of charge, and was easily dropped back into a mailbox on our way through the airport when leaving. The most effortless part of our entire trip.
