Excellent service--it was at my hotel waiting for me .
I never lost connection throughout the trip and had x3 devices connected. Just had to be organised with the power pack.Return very straight forward and very reasonable compared to roaming data.Communication with company superb.HIGHLY recommend

The pocket-WiFi was easy to Pickup at the Airport. Easy was also the start and process to connect with the Smartphone. The WiFi Access was excellent all over Japan (wherever we travelled). We did Not need to use the Powerbank because the pocket-WiFi functioned Always the whole day without charging inbetween. Also the Return was easy at the Airport in the pre-delivered postpackage.

Easy to use and good network coverage

We used the device for 7 days without no problems or downtime (four cellphones were connected all the time), even outside the Tokyo Metropolis. Very reliable and easy to operate. Highly recommended, specially for first-time visitors to Japan.

Worked great used two devices

easy to find and setup device. battery last at least 8-10h depending on usage. We had early arrival to airport so there was a minor inconvenience because we had to wait until booth opened to obtain device. Other providers had automated pickups.

Generally reliable wherever I went, you do have to refresh the wifi signal every now and then in case the signal stops. It sometimes cuts out if you happen to go underground while riding the train so be mindful of where you’re at at all times.
