The charging cord for my pocket WiFi was defective. Emailed them and received an entire new WiFi package the next day.
Slightly inconvenienced, but happy with the response.

Never had any problem using Japan Wireless. Highly recommended. Using the pocket Wi-Fi in all my trips to Japan. Will definitely be using it again next year.

Easy to set up online. Pick up at the counter when you enter the terminal after baggage claim. When leaving Japan, there was a Post box located after checking in luggage and before going through security to get to the gate. Will use again! 👍🏻

Awesome service and stable network

Very easy to pickup and drop off at the airport. Never had any problems with service in the country. This was my 4th time renting from Japan Wireless, will always rent from them when we go to Japan.

Used them a few years apart and they deliver great service consistently.

Very efficient communication, easy to use. Worked perfectly everywhere from mountains to the sea, and battery last one full day.
