Good value! Good customer service!

I loved having pocket WiFi while traveling. It made my time in Japan that much better. Very convenient airport pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in Japan.

Picking up and returning my pocket wifi at the airport was very easy. I just followed the instructions provided by Japan Wireless and everything went very well. The pocket wifi worked flawlessly and I was able to access all the information I needed with my smartphone to help me find and get to all the places I wanted to see in Japan.
I especially liked the fact that I received an email from Japan Wireless notifying me that they received the returned pocket wifi and thanking me utilizing their services.
I will definitely be getting my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless the next time I travel to Japan.

We used this wifi in two people for 17 days and it was perfect. No problem at all, we charge it once a day and it was enough. Even if I lost the pouch for if, they were really nice and kind and it was quickly solved.
