I always rent pocket Wi-Fi routers from Japan Wireless every time I go back to Japan to visit family. So easy to receive and return the devices. One time the device wasn't working well, and they sent me another one the same day. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we using Japan-wireless service. First time was in Kyoto & Osaka with e-sim, this time was the Wifi device. Simple instructions with the little device and dropped off at Haneda via postal box. We are happy with the service and highly recommended.

I ordered my pocket Wifi when I arrived in Japan and it was delivered to my hotel the next day. It worked flawlessly for the two weeks I was in Japan. It was an easy drop off at Narita. I highly recommend this service.

Amazing experience, I created an issue where I didn’t input my delivery of the device properly but their team emailed me and we got it figured out. Despite my late response on the issue they still reimbursed me the days I didn’t have the device! The overall plus is that their customer service was A+!
