I have rented a wireless modem from Japan Wireless twice. Their customer service is outstanding I had the modems delivered to a home address and each time they were delivered as promised. The modems worked flawlessly with enough throughput to easily stream videos. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless for your internet need while traveling in Japan.

I was surprised about the abilities that having a pocket router gives. I was able to use my GPS on a cell phone any place that I visited in Japan. I was able to connect to all my internet accounts. I believe this mechanism is the future of Internet use. Thanks

The service work and expected not a single fail yeah the cables may have some details but on my travel in the north and south of japan everything was excellent
