Efficient services. WiFi router is easy to use and dependable. I use Japan Wireless WiFi router every time when I come to Japan. I like the service of free delivery to the hotel you stay and it also gives you the return envelope to return the router, cable, and battery pack. Very efficient!

Very good reception

Super service! 5 Stars!

I ordered the business wifi and it was waiting for me at the hotel upon check-in. The hotspot worked flawlessly throughout our two week stay in the Tokyo area, giving us a solid connection even in the mountains of Hakone. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Easy to use. Made my family trip to Japan so much easier. Thank you very much.

very easy and convenient. great to have it already at my hotel when I arrive - big improvement over spending my first day looking for a sim card to buy.

Very easy to use. I ran into a little problem and emailed support. They responded very quickly.
