Best service- everything worked just as they say.
The wifi device even worked through hotel wall so I could still share device.

Fantastic and efficient.,… easy to use, pick up and drop off. Highly recommend

There were no downtime all throughout our trip! the best!

Perfect service. Working all the time and everywhere. Highly recommended when you travel in Japan.

The pocket wifi made our trip more enjoyable in this world of apps, google translate and google maps. We used this extensively on our trip that we did without tour guides. Worth the money, but make sure to use the battery pack, since the battery in the pocket wifi only lasts about 4 hours.

Japan Wireless is my go-to pocket wifi provider. Pick-up at the airport ensures that I have access to google maps before I leave the airport which is a must when navigating Japan's subway system.

Drop-off before security check-in is also very convenient.

It is always convenient to use Japan Wireless. Everything is just crystal clear and user friendly. Thank you

I always used and recommend this wifi to my friends and family everytime they visit Japan, Very effecient and reliable to my daily itinerary I'am always connected and updated.

The wireless service was always available, easy to carry and the battery and backup charge was more than adequate.
