Consistent internet connection with decent speed. It was easy to set up and the price was reasonable.

bought this for our recent trip to Osaka. buying process was easy and the service was good, no hiccups while we were there. highly recommended!

The SIM card arrived on time, it was easy to install (and the package thankfully included a SIM ejector tool), and worked perfectly!

The hot spot and sim worked perfectly throughout allowing me to access mapping sites. The reception capacity is perfect in any place (city, mountain, country). The battery with the power bank provided worked fine.

An easy and efficient way to have data while visiting Japan, I can only recommend !

Renting a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless couldn’t have gone smoother. They delivered it to my hotel and provided the mailing envelope for easy drop off at a post box at the airport. Coverage was excellent as well.

Our wifi was at our hotel when we arrived in Osaka and worked seamlessly throughout our 3 week trip. I always recommend this service to my friends when travelling Japan.

4th time Japan, 3rd time getting our wifi here. Definitely would not be the last. Easy and quick to get from airport JAL counter, easy to return at post box too. Signal is reliable and we never had a complain on speed.

Worked great, easy to set up and use

Our mobile WiFe unit was waiting for us at our first hotel, and even include a return envelope back with instructions! It was easy to use, recharge after daily use, and very compact and portable. The only issue was MY BAD, because I forgot to drop the return envelope in the mailbox before going back home to Hawaii! It was quickly resolved, however, as the FedEx office was nearby and accepted the package. Thank you very much!
