We were on a two week vacation in Japan and found out last minute we were going to need a pocket WiFi for my wife. I ordered the pocket WiFi and the next day it was there at our hotel on time. It came with a battery bank which helped a lot, and the instructions for how to use it and ship it back were easy to follow. I’ll definitely use them again next time we go to Japan.
