It would have been nice if the device had English, but it worked fine and the service was great.

Japan Wireless were efficient with supplying to our chosen accomodation. The price was great.
Would use them again.
Impossibile viaggiare in Giappone senza wireless. Consigliatissimo
Hassle free from ordering our wireless device to pick up and drop off. Will definitely use Japan Wireless when we visit Japan in the near future.
