I really appreciated the ease with the process. When I arrived at my destination the package was waiting for me. Great personal Wi-Fi, nice touch with the battery pack, and unlimited data made the vacation great. Easy return with the provided envelope too. Will probably be a three time customer the next chance I get to go to Japan!

Japan wireless was awesome. Did not have a problem anywhere in Japan. The device was waiting for me at the hotel and returning was very easy. Simply put device in envelope and deposit in mailbox. Would definitely recommend Japan-wireless.

First time using Japan Wireless(JW) after researching several company. Previously used Global Advance in 2015, but tried out JW because I found a coupon and cheaper option for faster speed. Travel for 13 days. We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Miyajima, and Kyoto. Only lost connection when going underground on the train. I highly recommend them. Easy pickup and drop-off at NRT. Will be using them again in Oct 2019.

Fast WiFi, reliable. Battery kind of ran out quickly. Definitely needed the portable charger

Just returned from Kyoto Hiking tour (12 days). Japan Wireless pocket wifi was waiting at my hotel. It included a back-up battery which though we never needed, was very much appreciated. Communication and instructions were easily understood. Cost was very reasonable. We hiked up mountain trails to temples surrounding Kyoto and Nara and the unit worked flawlessly. Very worthwhile rental as wifi, even in the hotels, is not always reliable. Great product and company!

Simple, du début à la fin. Cueillettes à l’aéroport, une station de poste bien identifiée dans la zone arrivée. Retour ... Tu mets tout dans l’enveloppe initiale et tu postes à la dame qui a le sourire. Japan-wireless, simple et efficace, merci.

The router worked the whole way!

Not perfect, but would of been lost without it.

Having a potable WiFi made my trip thru Japan. So easy. Wether it was to keep google translate running or looking up directions to all the beautiful places and delicious restaurants I ate in. Don’t know what I would’ve done without it - and they delivered right to my hotel so it was waiting for me when I arrived. Very easy to set up and made my trip great. Thanks. - JON
