My Japan Wireless eSIM doesn't work on my iPhone

Go to [Settings] > [Cellular] > [Add Cellular Plan] > [Enter Details Manually] > Then, type in your SM-DP+Address & Activation code given to you in the PDF and email after completing your order. Once you've put in the necessary information > [Next] > [Continue] > Default line[Primary then Continue] > iMessage[Primary then Continue] > Cellular Data [Secondary/travel then Continue] > Return to the Cellular page and tap on the new eSIM you just added > Turn on [Data Roaming] Please refer to this guide (iOS Setup Guide) for a clearer explanation. My Japan Wireless eSIM doesn't work

Assuming you're in Japan, try turning off & turning on your eSIM, this will help the eSIM properly activate. Make sure your APN is entered correctly for android devices, and try restarting your device. If the issue still persists please send us an email through our contact us page .

When can I activate my eSIM?

Please activate your eSIM in Japan since the validity period starts once your eSIM is activated regardless of your location. Airports such as Haneda, Narita, Itami and Kansai International provides free wifi access so you’ll be able to download your Japan Wireless eSIM there.
