Our experience has been very positive. Our Wi-Fi pocket was in the hotel when we arrived there. It worked perfectly all the trip and the return was also very easy.
We also appreciate that with the wifi pocket there is an extra battery. We used it someday.

Never had any connection issues. even in remote areas

It was great having the pocket wi-fi with us. Most hotels have wi-fi but if we were travelling on the trains or sightseeing, it was important to have wi-fi with us all the time. It was a convenient pick-up at our designated hotel and easy drop-off at the airport. I would recommend it for anyone travelling on their own in Japan.

Japan Wireless provided a quick customer service when I found that the wifi device assigned to me couldn't retain charge for long. From sending the mail in which I stated the issue, to receiving a new device package, it took 48 hours. The new device was great in retaining charge even when 2 mobile devices were connected to it. The pick up and return processes are also very easy. I happily recommend Japan Wireless.

The pocket WiFi worked perfect and was easy to use. It was nice knowing I wasn’t using up the data plan on my phone.

I booked the mobile wi-fi super last minute and Japan Wireless went above and beyond to make sure i get it A.S.A.P.

I travel through 8 cities of Japan and I was very satisfied with the pocket wifi service.

Despite that I have an issue with one of the pocket Wi-Fi device,I gave 5 stars because they send me a new one to the hotel and made me a refund. They are always willing to help and assist

I rented the pocket wifi for 10 days with Japan Wireless and was very impressed with the service throughout. It was easy to pick up from Haneda airport and easy to return. Everything was provided including extra battery pack. The cost was also the most reasonable from others I had seen. Will definitely be using it again.
