It’s amazing. The battery bank didn’t really charge it while we were out, it just kept it at the same percentage, but it didn’t die!

I recommend Japan Wireless' pocket WiFi to all travelling to Japan! Easy to use, convenient, and reliable fast connection. It came with a powerbank and cord with adapter and small purse. It arrived with a return envelope as well.

Loved it, told friends who are going to get it, good value, etc.

Japan wireless mailed the device to my first hotel, and it was incredibly easy to drop it off with their pre-paid shipping envelope at a post office in Narita airport on my way out.

The device had great reception and fast speeds everywhere I went in Japan (including the ferry ride over to remote islands in Okinawa). It also retained a charge longer than my phone did every day, which allowed me to use the extended battery for the phone instead of the wifi hotspot.

Overall perfect experience; would order for Japan Wireless again.

I rented a mobile wifi for our recent trip to Japan and was most impressed by the efficiency and ease of Japan Wireless's service. The device enabled us to have continuous wifi during our trip enabling us to use Google maps for sightseeing and have use of wifi during train and bus journeys.

Very convenient. It worked well, with good signal. Battery dropped down rather quickly and the power bank didn't work well.

It was easy to find the office at Henada just by following the provided guidelines. I have been 9 days in Japan with good access to internet.
