WiFi Hotspot was waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel. Worked great for my two weeks in Japan and then easy to return by just putting it in the pre-addressed return envelope

Used this service to stay connected for a week of bouncing around Tokyo and its neighborhoods. Never a problem with signal or speed. Easy pickup at Haneda and drop off at japan post office box.

Picked up in Haneda. Good wifi coverage and battery life; used throughout Tokyo, Hiroshima, and Kyoto. Easy return using included mail pouch. Would rent again.

The device was very easy to use with very minimal downtime. It was fully charged when I received it with the password and network name on the back of the device, and never ran out of charge as long as I charged it at night.
