I hadn’t used one before my japan trip. It made life much easier and was cheaper and more reliable than my data service.

Very useful device to allow you move around the country easily by using maps, public transport apps, monuments schedule, etc.

The wireless router made our trip to Japan soooo much easier.

It was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and we just posted it back at the end of our trip.

They were ready when we landed and was easy to setup. You need the power bank if you are out all day. Be careful when you pack them in the return envelope so the package doesn’t get too thick to fit the mailbox. We wasn’t paying enough attention to that detail so we had to find the post office in Narita airport where the mailbox is larger.

Fast, clear and on time communication! And the wi-fi worked perfect during the whole renting period.

Easy to arrange, mine was delivered straight to our hotel ready to use.
Great to use whilst sightseeing in Japan cities Osaka and Kyoto. Long battery and less stress than looking for free Wi-Fi.
A must when travelling.

The unit was waiting at our hotel as promised. We were never without internet and we were provided with a portable battery charger. Returning was so easy, just put it in the envelope and the hotel posted it for us. Would definitely use again.
