I booked the Wi-Fi 5 hours before arrival and the company was not able to deliver it through the post as usual but offered me a mail delivery service. I was of course, in need for a wi-fi right after my arrival, so I emailed Japan Wireless, cancelled it and bought sim card right at the airport. The money was transferred back within 3 working days. Amazing service! I will make sure next time to book it at least 24hours before arrival as they suggest tho :)

I ordered the pocket wifi a week before my arrival in Japan and requested it to be mailed to the hotel my family are staying. I received it just after I check-in the hotel. It was easy to use and comes with return mail envelop and extra charger. It can connect 4-5 cellphones. Did not encounter any issues. I turned off the wifi if I'm not using it to saved battery. It last more than 12 hrs. I dropped the items using the return envelop by the departure area in Haneda Airport (2 red postbox by the escalator)or any Post Office Box. Will definitely use the service again next time we visit Japan.

The wireless unit performed perfectly throughout our travels in central Japan from beach towns to the Alps we were always connected. Our unit's battery lasted all day, so we never had to use the backup battery!

Japan wireless noticed that I am flying into the domestic terminal eventhough my flight is an international flight. They took the inititive to contact mw within the day to ask I would like to change the pick up location at my arrival terminal and made the change immediately once I confirmed with email
