This little device was necessary for our trip to japan recently so we could find all the wonderful places we visited during our stay. It was small and light enough to carry all day and the reception and speed was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect organisation, very useful

The process of renting out the pocket wifi was super easy and simple. I picked it up at the post office at the airport when we arrived, used it during our stay in Japan, packed up everything in the envelope that was provided, and dropped it off at the same post office at the airport before leaving Japan. I couldn't have asked for a simpler and easier rental process!

I used this device for 10 days never had a connection issue. Best deal for the money.

We used Japan wireless for our internet access whilst travelling in Japan. Everything turned up at our hotel as they said it would. We had internet access the whole time everywhere we went. Just packed it all up at the end of trip & posted back to Japan wireless in prepaid envelope too easy.

We were stuck in Tokyo with bad wireless at our rental and we rented a portable one. Great to have the service and have wifi at your fingertips

A great service. Collection at the airport and drop- off hassle free. Devices easily connected and worked perfectly for our 2 week holiday . We walked in the mountains and toured the cities and always enjoyed full data and connectivity . It is very reasonably priced . I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan.
