As promised it was at my hotel when I checked in. A pocket size rocket that I used in Japan for 19 days with excellent coverage. A great idea that when complete you simply put it in the post.

Easy to set up and worked without issues during my stay in Tokyo!

Everything was waiting for us at our hotel and was easy to set up. Just had to reboot twice but aside from that it worked great. Mailing it back was very convenient.

Excellent experience with Japan Wireless! We were in Japan for a month and traveled from Tokyo to Niiko, from Kamakura to Yokohama, from Osaka to Hiroshima, and from Kyoto to Niigata and Japan Wireless was with us every step of the way. Superb coverage and speed. We had both our phones and a laptop running on the system. The only problem we encountered was on the shinkansen in tunnels (!) and a couple of resets needed in Niigata. Other than that our experience was flawless. Pick up and drop off at Narita airport was a breeze. Will most definitely be turning to Japan Wireless when we visit again!

Used in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya and the Japanese Alps. Excellent connections in all places. I always use Japan Wireless wifi when I visit Japan.

This product is a lifesaver if you are driving around outside cities with free wifi. I highly recommend

The equipment worked extremely well for us, especially using multiple devices at once. Finding the kiosk at Haneda was a bit confusing but the staff member was very helpful. Return by prepaid post at the end of our trip was very convenient.
