Made my trip worthwhile

Our research for the best pocket WiFi rental service led to us reserving a pocket WiFi from JW. Their capabilities seem to be aove the rest since they have affordable plans with "no speed restriction, complete unlimited data and unlimited high-speed" (according to their website). We will be testing these features later this month.

Reserving a pocket WiFi unit, through their website, was painless. Their site is easy to use and provides all details on the how-tos, from unit specs to drop-off. Albeit you will need to dig a bit to find some of the info on their site.

I recommended JW to a co-worker, who is leaving for a visit to Tokyo, next week. He immediately went online and booked his JW pocket WiFi in the midst of our conversation.

The wireless hotspot was working everywhere. It is great to have the power bank. Really enjoyed the easy service.

The wifi worked perfectly, it was easy to pick up and very easy to return to a postbox when we were leaving.

I picked up my pocket wifi from Narita airport. Convenient pick up location, great service(I don’t speak much Japanese but it wasn’t a problem at all). Wifi worked flawlessly at all times. Drop off was also convenient. A small instruction sheet detailing drop off was included on the packaging. I’m not attached to my phone all the time, but I still consider this a necessary add-on to every trip I make to Japan.

Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
A little comment for improvement will be to communicate more clearly on collection point at the airport. Took me awhile and walking to find the correct place to collect the router.
