I decided to use Japan Wireless after it was recommended by a friend who visits Japan often. The Wi-Fi kit was waiting at our hotel when we got there. Setting it up on our devices was fast and easy. Coverage was great from Hiroshima to Sapporo. The only spotty coverage was in Shibuya on a very rainy day on a narrow street with high-rise buildings. A pre-paid postage envelope was provided to return by mail. For those departing from Narita Airport Terminal 2, there is a mailbox in the Check-In area.

Easy pick up and drop off. Was nice to have wifi when landing after traveling internationally. Worked great our entire 10 day trip.

Once I set up the connection to my smartphone, it was very easy to use. I would use it everyday when I would be outside of my hotels. The wifi package was waiting for me at my first hotel in Okinawa. It was very useful me especially when using Google Maps to find restaurants and directions back to the hotel if I headed off course!

We had zero issues, worked great. Pick up and drop off was very easy. My son got a different WiFi and his box was much bigger so ours was easier to keep in my pocket.
