This is really so easy to use and for someone who isn’t really technical it was perfect and you can really connect so many devices to it. The only downside is you do have to carry it with you if you want to stay on the internet but really its so lightweight you forget it’s there. There are cheaper versions out there but honestly they are not better, when they had a problem an email came straight away from the provider and it was fixed super quick. I recommend this to everyone who’s traveling to Japan.

During my recent vacation in Japan (35 days) I used every day your Pocket WiFi system to keep me in contact with not only my overseas friends but also my son's family in Japan. The performance over 35 days was EXCELLENT and when, on a single occasion, there was a problem with the wifi connection, your client's assistance office not only explained why there was a problem but efficiently helped me reconnect - EXCELLENT service.
On all my future trips and also to my friends who plan to visit Japan, I will highly recommend your company and WiFi service.

Service worked great, even in the more remote parts of Kyushu. I had no problems with the speed even at 4GLTE and was able to get the info I needed fast.
