Reseñas

Great service, parcel received earlier, I was really impressed. Thank you, I will rent again when coming back to Japan!

every time everthing is working great, and the service to get the modem at airport and drop it at post office is really appreciated

We prebooked for collection at our hotel in Shibuya. The ordering process, delivery, collection were simple and seamless. Activation was simple and and service throughout our visits to Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka and Kyoto was excellent.

The instructions and included envelope made the return at the end of our trip a simple process.

Fast service! Definitely will repeat!

Good! It was very smooth and instructions were easy to follow!

Easy to use, excellent speed and connection. We will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again when we go back to Japan! Arigatou gozaimasu!

Easy to connect and use the pick up and drop off is very convenient.

Would absolutely choose to use Japan Wireless as our solution for data and communication on any trip greater than 3 days. Not needing to worry about roaming charges or data limits eliminates a huge burden. Pick up and drop off was extremely straight-forward.

It all worked like a charm

My family was visiting me from America. I was nervous about being able to contact them. I had never ordered pocket wifi before. I am happy to say that I was able to order it to their hotel then they were able to pick it up before I met up with them. Returning it was also very easy.those were my biggest concerns and it all worked out. The wifi worked great the entire time they were in Japan! Thank you
