This service is very convenient. I usually have all the pocket wifi rentals pick-up and drop off in other countries I have been to. But in JAPAN having a rental service that is hassle free is so excellent.

They have very competitive pricing service was great got good reception everywhere I went and the battery last over 8 hrs and they supply you with a back up battery.

Receiving and returning the items I rented was very easy and I appreciate how the company has set this system up. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

We used the Japan Wireless feature for the time that we were in Japan, it was great, easy to use, gave us access to the internet no matter where we were, no issues at all. Def recommend this.

We used a portable hotspot during our recent trip to Japan. Our incoming flight got delayed and they were very prompt to change our delivery method from airport pickup to post office pickup. Very responsive staff and affordable, reliable internet. 10/10 will use them again.

The wifi is very stable and don't drop out, the back up battery is very handy. And the best all it can be deliver to the hotel instead of trying to find where the pick up place is especially if your time is very tight

I really appreciated the fact that the wireless device was waiting for me at the Hotel where I stayed at and that the convenient envelope was included for returning the device. I would definitely go with Japan Wireless again. Great service!

this experience was so much easier than i ever imagined.
my hotel already had the unit ready upon my arrival. i didn't even have to ask for it. they had it ready for me. the instructions are easy to understand. everything worked great.the wifi got a good 8-12 hours on a full charge. and they give you a 2nd / back up battery. i never had to use the backup battery, but almost had to a few times. charging the unit overnight gives you enough juice for almost a full day.sometimes the unit gets hot, so i would recommend putting in a bag and not in your pocket. the unit also had no problems letting 2 people on, so me and my partner were both able to use wifi from the unit. it was easy to mail back the equipment, as well. highly recommended
