Excellent coverage all across on the mountain skimslopes of Nozawa Onsen

Very good and very convenient! Easy to use and return. Customer service is also fast and efficient.

The wifi signal was always sufficient for our needs, even on the subway car or platform. As visitors to Tokyo, pocket wifi helped us navigate the busy Tokyo-eki using our maps mobile app. My only complaint is that the battery did not last long enough even after using the provided portable charger. But, I understand these are rental devices and the battery degrades after so much use. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan. Thank you.

Very easy to use and worked well!

Everything worked very well. I recommend it.

We appreciated to have a portable wifi to visit Tokyo.
Very easy to use.

Rented the WiFi box for a week and find it worked very well. Only thing is the battery only last about 4 hrs. Extra battery pack is provided.

I used Japan Wireless eSIM during my trip, and it worked flawlessly. The activation process was incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes to set up on my phone. The connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Considering the price and the excellent service, it was a great purchase. Highly recommend!

Easy to order, easy to return, and it worked fantastically
