From booking to return, everything was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The wireless WiFi made our three-week stay in Japan so much easier, with reliable connection the whole time. Great price too. We’ll definitely be using this service again when we return!

We recived our "Japan Wirless" at the Hotel that we had indicated on the delivery, it was very easy to understand how to make it work and it came with all the accessories it needed. We didn't need to wait to use it, so we started immediatly! 🏃
We used it all day long and it worked everywhere; in Fujiyoshida it worked, in Hakone it worked, and in the Kyushuu too! Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Saitama... It really worked everywhere!🔝
The last day it was so easy to return: we put it in a mailbox and then they sent us a notice when they safely got it back! 😌
We are really satisfied about the product, the performance, the organization and the price too! The quality/price ratio is really worth it! 🤩

We’ve been using the Japan Wireless for all of our visits to Japan (more than ten visits). Their service is reliable and we had no problems. It is easy and convenient to pick up and drop off the WiFi equipment at Haneda airport. We would recommend their services to anybody visiting Japan!

Very happy with the service. Never had a problem with mobile data service or connectivity. Internet signal was strong everywhere I went in Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again on my next trip to Japan.
