It worked really well and was easy to set up and use! The battery lasted all day and was low-profile and easy to fit in a bag.

Il pocket wifi funzionava benissimo, prendeva dovunque. E restava carico fino alla sera!
Praticamente perfetto!

We always use Japan Wireless ever since we tried it last year. They are always reliable for pick-up or drop off at your hotel. We've never had a problem with the device ever! Great service and would always recommend them to whoever visits Japan! Thank you Japan Wireless!

I used this for working remotely for a month (including taking work meetings, and it worked amazingly everywhere I went (including rural towns).

I visited Japan recently and I def recommend using the wifi box. The pick up is quick, as soon as I landed I walked over to the counter and was given the wifi box. No questions no hassle, it was so quick that I was able to make the shuttle bus on time. The wifi box is small and compact and was easy to use. It kept me online and battery life lasted long.

I applaud their great service! The first device wasn’t working and when I went to exchange it at the airport, I was instantly given another device. This one worked perfectly and their emails were appreciated. Thank you for great service and product. We will be renting again when we are back to Japan!

Having this portable WiFi with us at all times was the best thing ever!! We could always map while walking, get train numbers while going from city to city. and even watch out favorite shows in the evenings.

Very satisfied with the wifi reception overall, and the ease of use. Also very easy to set up with clear instructions. Higly recommended!

We ordered this to be delivered to our hotel and we collected it very easily upon check in and dropped it off conveniently at the airport when we left. We had great wifi speed everywhere we went from Osaka to Tokyo and had no problems at all with 2 of us constantly using it. The power bank was very helpful and we would hire one again when we visit Japan next time. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Package was waiting for me at the hotel on my arrival. The Wifi worked without problem during my recent time in Japan in Tokyo, Nikko, Kamakura, Kyoto and Osaka and travelling in-between. I would definitely use Japan-Wireless again on my next trip to Japan.
