Excellent service for changing delivery location. Equipment worked flawlessly all the time of our vacation. Will use service again.

We had a little trouble connecting, most likely self inflicted but the email response sorted the issue with half a day. We used the esim while onboard our cruise ship and found it worked about 70 to 80% of the time and on shore it worked perfectly through out our various locations in Japan.

I highly recommend Japan wireless. No issues.

I had the Pocket Wi-Fi mailed to my hotel. It was there when I arrived. Instructions to connect my phone to the Pocket WiFi were clear and easy to make it work. Although they supply an external power pack, I never had to connect it. I used it mostly for maps and train schedules, not social networking. Instructions to drop device off in a postal box were also very clear, and all supplies to mail it were included, which means there are no additional mailing costs involved. They sent an email the next day saying they received the device. I never talked to a person, everything was set up online, Instructions were very clear, service was impeccable. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again if and when I make another trip to Japan.
