easy to use easy pick up worked all around Hokkaido

This is my third year in a row using this picket wifi and I have never been disappointed! I have gotten many friends to also use. We love!

This is my second time using Japan wireless it was easy and hassle free. Ordered it online had it sent to my hotel and it was delivered on time. Dropped it in a mailbox near my hotel before I left and that was it. I Will definitely be using this service next time we visit Japan.

Super simple to use, just turn on and go! Great value for money, cheaper than data roaming.

Very happy with the service provided by the wireless microphone module. Had to keep an eye on the battery and had to connect the extra battery sometimes but it generally lasted all day.

Excellent choice for travelling in Japan, we were in Japan for a 2 week holiday and used all our devices on one wireless device. We relied on this for the entire time and it didn’t let us down.

The product is satisfactory and the wi-fi works a majority of the time. It is easy to start connecting with your devices as the product comes charged and with a power bank. I enjoy the ease of ordering the product last minute to pick-up however it is one of the more expensive pocket wi-fi plans out there. There are cheaper options but you must order ahead of time.

Set up was easy and clearly explained. Absolutely essential to have this in Japan to avoid high foreign usage fees from European network providers. Only problem was working out how much data I would need.

It’s very useful and simple to bring everywhere. The only problem is that sometimes the line is poor and doesn't work. I recommend it.

Been using their service every time i visit Japan. And always provides good service.
