The process in ordering and dropping off was seamless. We didn’t have to use the battery expansion pack that was provided (free). We’d get through the day w/ about 20% battery left w/ 2 devices. It’s small, compact and easy to stow away in your backpack or purse. It’s small enough to go into a pocket, but it will get warm. Returning was simple. They provide you with a travel bag and an envelope to drop into the mail box at Narita (located to the right of the security checkpoint). Easy. I’ll definitely use Japan-wireless again! Thank you!

Absolutely flawless, our little wifi buddy (as we referred to him) worked perfectly. Excellent connection and data speeds we were able to run all our apps. Battery was good and it came with a portable charge battery. Easy pick up and return, I will always use on my travels. Would give 100 stars if I could.

I have rented pocket Wi-Fi three times from Japan Wireless and each has been a seamless experience. The product was delivered on time, worked flawlessly, and return was a snap.
