From start to finish this was a smooth, flawless experience. Collected in Narita and was online minutes after boarding the Skyliner. Very very occasionally the signal would drop out for a minute or two and the pocketwifi would re-acquire and all good again. Allowed my wife and I to have phones with internet, and the kids could even use it with their Nintendo Switches too.

Picked up pocket wifi from Hakata Int. Airport was a seamless great fast experience, took only a few minutes. Pocket wifi had good coverage all the way from Hakata to Tokyo. Simple and easy to use. We dropped off the pkg at the post office box at Haneda Int. Airport before we checked-in for flight. Same day, received an email that Japan Wireless had received the returned pocket wifi. Excellent and reliable response! Would highly recommend Japan Wireless.
