Very good product and experience

I needed an unlimited data ( without any restrictions) for my short stay of 2 month in Japan and that was the only pocket Wifi (or data provider) that provided true unlimited data. Also, it's easy to pick-up at the airport and to return it at the end.

The WiFi unit was reliable and easy to use. The extra battery was great to have just in case, but wasn’t needed as the unit lasted all day. Compared to units I have rented in the US, this was cheaper and more reliable.

Requested Japan wireless and was delivered to hotel the next day. Arrived with extra battery pack and mailer to return. More than enough data for our family for 14 days. Returned everything in prepaid mailer to mailbox at hotel before heading to airport.

We used Japan Wireless premium wifi for our 16 day trip to Japan. There were three of us and we each connected our phones and tablets. The battery lasted all day and was a good, small size to keep in a small bag. The convenient hotel delivery and included post pack for return made it so easy. Connection was always good and we used maps extensively.
