Been renting from Japan Wireless everytime we visit Japan. I like that the reservation process is seamless and hassle-free. Never had issues with signal even in areas that are far from the city. Highly recommended!

I've used this service twice now and find it easy to collect & return the wifi unit.

We were in Japan for close to 2 weeks and the service was perfect for our needs. The internet speed was ideal for all our needs, from light streaming, emailing, navigation, to messaging, video calls and downloading files. It was great little device to carry around to cover the whole families needs.

I have rented routers at least 3 times from this company and they have been very dependable about having them delivered to my hotel ahead of time. The easy return envelopes make it mailing simple. I would definitely rent again, especially when taking the Japan cruises, since the ship Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Upon arrival at pick up location it was a fast process to get your pocket wifi and connection was great throughout Japan! The return process was simple drop it in the box and off you go.

My Japan Wireless Pocket Wi-Fi device worked where ever I went in Japan keeping a consistent upload and download speed with a laptop, and two cellular devices connected to it. I am extremely pleased with it's performance and will recommend Japan Wireless to anyone I know that is going to Japan as well as use it any further times I visit Japan myself
