I love renting my wifi from Japan Wireless. I usually send it to my hotel but since this time I wasnt sure where id be - i ended up picking up at the counter and it was so quick and easy! and the ladies were all so sweet.

I also like to travel all over and into the countryside and this always has a signal.

We found the process of booking and picking up our pocket WiFi very easy. The service was reliable, we had no issues with service at all travelling around Japan. The process of drop off was also very easy. Definitely recommend this company and will use again next time I'm in Japan.

The service had very good coverage and worked everywhere we went in Kyoto, Hiroshima and Tokyo. It was 2G service even though we paid for the enhanced plan so it was a little slow, but it was adequate. Perhaps in the future 5G service can be offered. Regardless, the entire family was able to have Internet connectivity everywhere we went and that was great. Battery life was decent—we only used the extra battery on the very long days when we were touring from early morning to late in the evening. The pickup at the airport and return via the mail was super easy. Overall, a very good value for the price and very convenient. Definitely recommend it.

This wifi box helped me stay connected to internet when I most needed

Japan wireless hotspot was a life saver. Don’t loose signal the whole trip in Japan. The folks at the Japan Wireless counter were courteous and friendly. After our trip was done, I simply place the hotspot in a mailbox at the airport and it was returned to the vendor. It was easy and simple.

I found this extremely useful, having WiFi 24/7.
A small complaint is that you do have to charge everyday and be aware that the power bank has to be charged constantly.

This was my first time using Japan-Wireless and I was pleased. The website was easy to maneuver and straightforward. There is always a worry that there may be a hiccup on the day of pickup. Fortunately, everything went smooth. The difference with Japan-wireless compared to a different company I have used is they supply an external charger. This was extremely useful due to the fact that usually by the afternoon the pocket WiFi will be low on battery. I will definitely use this company during my next adventure in Japan!
