Everything went smooth
This wifi service has been my consistent provider every time I visit all over Japan. No problems encountered, just a couple of restarts to the device when it loses signal while traveling.
Convenient pickup location (at airport), easy set up, and easy return (drop at any mailbox). Highly recommend!!
We were very satisfied with the wifi rental. It was very easy to order, pick up and return. The only downside was that the rented power bank could not charge the wifi router. But it wasn't much of a problem as the router's battery easily lasted all day.

Rented the Translator and wifi hotspot devices . I reserved them online about 3 weeks before arriving in Japan. When i arrived at the airport and went to the pickup counter, they had a package with all the requested equipment ready. The devices worked very well throughout Japan and Sapporo, and Niseko. I highly recommend this service. I dont think the translator device was necessary as it required internet and i could use Google Translate on my phone as well. The dropoff at the airport was just as easy at the red postal boxes. The company also supplies an envelope for the end part of the process. Overall an excellent service and price for the experience

The units we got were older, so the charge was immediately spent. Even the power banks were always discharged. We always use Japan Wireless for the last few visits so please bring them up to standards!
The system worked perfectly for us, and saved us a bundle compared to using our phone company's international plan. It worked just about everywhere, and with the included battery, we never ran out of coverage. I only wish there had been an employee present at Haneda to give us the system. (It was weird - we were handed the product by someone who worked for a different company but had a key to this company's kiosk? Maybe? I don't speak Japanese...We landed at 10pm). It turned out not to matter - the product had clear instructions and worked flawlessly. If I did this again, I might seek out a company that has a human there when I arrive. But, in the end, no matter. It all worked.
