Very reliable service. Had 24/7 wifi access for entire trip in Japan.

Superb connections, excellent service!

reliable no drop in signal except inside the station

Great! But would be nice if it was a bit thinner to fit better in my pocket. :)

Delivered to my hotel, it kept us connected on the go across all our devices and was easy to send back at the airport.

Easy to use. I'm a repeater :)

On my trip to Japan, it was nice having the pocket wifi around but I wish the battery life was more longer, especially with the power bank. Overall, great use and it had good coverage during my time there. Would recommend 8.5/10

Easy to use device that worked perfectly for the entire trip. Sending the device back was also a breeze. Very recommended!

This is the third time I have used Japan Wireless. The battery backup is also very useful.

Have used them 5 times without any problems. Good range and battery life.
