Internet connection is reliable. We did not have much problems with the connection. There are times where the connection is slow, that is to say, it was slow 5 days out of 22 days which is why I am only giving 4-stars. I will be a repeat customer next time we visit Japan again.

I can always count on my mobile unit being at my hotel at checkin.

I was pleased to receive an updated unit in my last rental in March/April.

I'd never used a service such as this. And it was as easy as the tutorial videos suggested. All worked as promised and the drop off at the airport post box was very easy. We never needed the additional power brick; and we had a family of 3 pulling internet all day.

Very easy service to use as a USA foreigner visiting. Easy pickup and drop off at Narita Airport, lasted through the day each day, and very small to carry. Would recommend.

I'd never be without Japan wireless when travelling in Japan. I've used them twice now and it's never let me down. From being down in the furthest depths of train stations to the tops of mountains, it's worked flawlessly. Battery life is great even with a few of us tethered to it for a full day. Comes with power bank too for peace of mind.
