after 6 days the pocket no worked: no internet connection. Sent an email through the Hotel connection and the next morning I found a new pocket in the hotel where I was staying. EXCELLENT SERVICE. The pocket has internet everywhere not only in the big cities but also in some country in the mountains where we have been. Very great product (even if with the inconvenience after the sixth day) and a excellent service.

The premium wi-fi is fast and covers the whole of Japan.

So originally I was very on the fence about purchasing the portable Wi-Fi, but on reflection it made my trip so much easier and greatly enhanced the experience. The WiFi was always reliable, worked everywhere and the battery life easily lasted all day. Likewise they make the whole process very simple. Strongly recommended, definitely worth the money.

This is my 3rd time renting this device while traveling to Japan. I have recommended it to all my family and friends. Pick and returns are so easy and self stamped return envelope is convenient! I have rented this device and utilized it for my side trips from Tokyo to Hakone and even as far as Tokyo to Osaka on the bullet train . I did not have any interruptions in service. It linked all of my devices for myself and my 2 sons. I believe you are able to connect 10 devices. I personally do the pick up and drop of at the airport post office so I am able to access google maps immediately.
