Fast and easy and worked as advertised

It worked very well! Sometimes when i changed cities the signal would disappear, but then i just turned off and on my phone and it appear again! I went to Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Tokyo and it worked pretty well in all of them! I spent 18 days in Japan and barely used 10gb (i also used the hotels wifis so…) but through the day just the e-sim!

Japan-Wireless is superb, it's easy to get the portable Wi-Fi, either pick up at the airport or have it delivered to your hotel and its easy to send back by dropping it off at the mailbox before the security gate at the airport. The connectivity works much better than my international plan through my phone carrier in terms of speeds and drop points. Their customer service is also top notch. We experience something this past trip, when one of our portable Wifi's wasn't charging correctly so Japan Wireless couriered a new one that very same day. I was impressed.

Japan wireless was great, it definitely allowed me to fully enjoy my trip knowing that I was fully connected to my family at all times.
