Definitely will be using this again when I go back to Japan!
It had unlimited data and the connectivity was excellent!
The battery also lasted long.

It worked really well, with no problems.

Picking up the pocket wifi at the airport was quick and easy. A handy pouch was provided so nothing would get lost. The instructions given were clear. The pocket wifi battery lasted a long time, so we didn't use the portable battery. But it was great to have for reassurance. Wifi was fast and met our needs.
The only con was the password for the wifi, which was super long. This was a minor inconvenience since you only had to enter it once.
Highly reccommend.

Japan Wireless will always be my first choice for WiFi routers while visiting Tokyo. I haven’t tried it in other regions but will definitely try it!

It was functioning well most of the time. But it hung twice during our rent period that I needed to turn it off and on. All in all, it helped us a lot to enjoy our entire trip. Will rent again when we return next year!

Provided me with everything you need, including a an external charger which was great. Arrived timely and provided me with WiFi from my trip from start to finish. Only minor issue was it was in Japanese and I couldn't figure out how to get it in English, but ended up being fine.

Very useful. Possible improvement would be to automate entry /exit by scanning pass, rather than showing it to guide at each entry / exit point.

Pocket Wi-Fi was delivered to our hotel on time and easy return at airport. Absolutely no problems with this Wi-Fi rental; connection was great. Will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again.
