The ordering process is very easy and the device is conveniently delivered to our hotel. We had no signal when at underground train stations, otherwise no problems with our Wi-Fi. Return by pouch is also a great idea

Japan Wireless is incredibly reliable, convenient, and useful. We have used it on both of our recent trips to Tokyo and reccommend it to all friends and family who go visit.

You can’t travel Japan without one of these. It worked anywhere and everywhere. This is the second time we’ve used Japan Wireless and highly recommend.

We used the pocket Wi-Fi wherever we were in Japan. From Tokyo to Takayama and in between we had connectivity! Easy to place an order on-line three weeks before an easy pick-up at Haneda International Terminal. Our unlimited data pocket Wi-Fi was fast and we had no issues throughout our stay. A back-up battery was included, but not needed. The total cost was about $99 USD for 3 weeks. Amazing deal. Amazing service. Don't hesitate!

From collecting at the airport post office on arrival to the pre paid pack to send back before departure this is one near perfect experience. It also comes with a power bank to allow you to use the device for a full day. Only issue I had was sometimes it wouldn't connect in very remote areas but I suspect it would be the same for most services. Would definitely recommend.
